How fast do you deliver?
Photos: delivered within 48 hours.
Video: delivered within 72 hours.
Turnaround is from the time we complete the shoot.
If you have a hard deadline (live date, coming soon, etc.), tell us up front so we can schedule accordingly.
How do I book, and what does the ordering process look like?
The goal is simple: pick a service, pick a time, confirm access details.
After booking, we’ll confirm the address, lockbox / access plan, and any special shots you want.
If plans change (seller not ready, weather, contractor delay), just message us as soon as you know.
What areas do you cover? Do you charge travel fees?
We serve Bluegrass / Central Kentucky.
If a property is outside our normal radius, we’ll tell you before you book.
Any travel fees (if applicable) are confirmed up front, not after the shoot.
Typically anything within 50 miles of Lexington is included. If it is over 50 miles, we calculate travel at $50+($1 x Number of miles over 50) to compensate for time and fuel expenses.
How is pricing structured? Do you have packages?
Pricing is designed to be easy to understand and easy to quote to sellers.
Most pricing is based on the service type and the size/complexity of the property.
If you shoot frequently, ask about simple bundles.
What services do you offer besides listing photos?
We offer listing media and agent content support (photos + video).
Common add-ons include things like drone, floor plans, reels / vertical cuts, and other listing assets.
If you’re not sure what to choose, tell us the price point and the marketing goal, and we’ll recommend a simple package.
How long does a shoot take, and how should the home be prepared?
Shoot length depends on size and what we’re capturing (photos only vs full media).
We provide a straightforward prep checklist so the home is ready when we arrive.
The biggest time-savers are: lights on, fans off, clutter cleared, and cars moved from the driveway.
What’s your revision / reshoot policy?
If we missed something important, we’ll make it right.
Minor edits (straightening, brightness, color consistency) are part of normal delivery.
Bigger changes (object removal, heavy cleanup, major scene changes) are handled case-by-case so expectations stay clear.
